Website Rankings

Enterprise systems companies may share many of the same challenges, but they seem to come up with vastly different solutions. The results of the 2011 siteIQ evaluations show how 6 different Websites tackle the challenges of a turbulent economy, shrinking industry, and evaporating budgets. Some sites are growing more than others. But what’s surprising is where companies are investing in Website growth, and the areas—and visitors—that are being left behind.

In the summer of 2011, siteIQ evaluated Dell.com, EMC.com, HP.com, IBM.com, Intel.com and Oracle.com to identify how effectively these sites meet market challenges and user expectations. Evaluations were conducted using the siteIQ Enterprise Systems Best Practices Benchmark, which measures 1,231 types of content, features & capabilities, plus 119 metrics that measure usability from the visitor’s point of view.

Our 2011 report provides an in-depth look at these sites’ most important strengths & challenges – and shows what makes IBM.com and HP.com the 2011 leaders in this segment of the IT Web.
